My wife and I own and run a local bed and breakfast and have had problems with pigeons roosting on the back of the property, causing a weekly clean-up of bird droppings.
Fed up, we called The Pest Technician and met with Dale Cater. He spent several hours discussing all the options available to us to proof against the pigeons (spikes, netting etc) and provided a very transparent quote for services. We accepted.

Quick response to an evening emergency call. I heard scratching in my loft for several days and it seemed to be getting worse day by day to the point it was driving me around the bend. I called The Pest Technician as I live in Hartlepool and saw they were local and was truly relieved that Dale came to investigate at 8pm that night.
I had a squirrel living in my loft. Dale was able to go into the loft and assess any damage that had happened over the week. He arranged for a return appointment the next day. He arrived promptly the next morning before I had to go to work!
He blocked up the hole that the squirrel got into and had left a trap the night before, removing the squirrel. I could not have asked for a better service and so accommodating.
