Quick response to an evening emergency call. I heard scratching in my loft for several days and it seemed to be getting worse day by day to the point it was driving me around the bend. I called The Pest Technician as I live in Hartlepool and saw they were local and was truly relieved that Dale came to investigate at 8pm that night.
I had a squirrel living in my loft. Dale was able to go into the loft and assess any damage that had happened over the week. He arranged for a return appointment the next day. He arrived promptly the next morning before I had to go to work!
He blocked up the hole that the squirrel got into and had left a trap the night before, removing the squirrel. I could not have asked for a better service and so accommodating.
